Job Summary
A sales services company is in need of a Remote Appointment Setting Agent.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Capture additional information from the prospective student
- Warm transferring prospects to various clients
- Assist with employment applications and the prequalification process
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Able to work Monday and Friday evenings, and Saturdays and Sundays
- Able to commit to a set weekly schedule
- Strong listening skills, professional telephone manner
- Ability to deal tactfully with callers
- Comfortable with and driven to meet and exceed goals and metrics
- Computer with high speed and wired internet connection
