Job Summary

Reconnecting with existing customers, the full-time Remote Appointment Specialist will make phone calls to book service visits while managing a national appointments calendar in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Make high-volume outbound calls to customers to schedule service appointments
  • Maintain and organize the national appointments calendar, including rescheduling as needed
  • Engage with customers in a warm and friendly manner to encourage appointment bookings
Required qualifications
  • Experience in call center, inside sales, customer service, or similar roles with high call volume
  • Comfortable with technology and knowledgeable about devices and systems
  • Organized and self-directed, able to manage tasks in a fully remote setting
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, with Microsoft Dynamics experience being a plus
  • Background in appointment-setting roles or retail support environments is preferred
