Job Summary
Reaching out to existing customers, the full-time Remote Appointment Specialist will manage appointment bookings and maintain a national calendar while working in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct warm outreach calls to reconnect with customers and schedule service visits
- Maintain and organize the national appointments calendar, handling rescheduling as needed
- Utilize technology and CRM systems to efficiently manage customer interactions and appointments
Required qualifications
- Experience in high call volume environments such as call centers, inside sales, or customer service
- Comfortable with technology and able to discuss devices and systems confidently
- Organized and self-directed, capable of managing tasks in a remote setting
- Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics, is a plus
- Background in appointment-setting roles or retail support is advantageous
