Job Summary

A reverse mortgage lender is filling a position for a Remote Appraisal Administrator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Maintain pipeline for underwriting conditions
  • Review appraisal conditions for accuracy
  • Audit appraisal reports for 4000.1 compliance

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong 4000.1/Applicable HUD guideline knowledge
  • Minimum 2 years of experience supporting a high volume of data entry
  • Minimum 1 year experience rereviewing appraisal reports
  • Experience working with Appraisal Management Companies
