Job Summary
A mortgage lender and financer is in need of a Remote Appraisal Report Client Relations Associate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing a pipeline of appraisal orders
- Performing reviews of residential mortgage appraisals for accuracy and compliance
- Receiving and processing requests for appraisal corrections
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School diploma or equivalency degree
- Demonstrated experience with exceptional phone and email etiquette
- Demonstrated experience working in a fast paced and changing environment
- Demonstrated experience with attention to detail, time management
- Demonstrated experience with written and oral communication and multi-tasking
- Knowledge and understanding of customer service and intrapersonal best practices
