Job Summary
A mortgage company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Appraisal Reviewer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Analyzing complex valuations
- Performing national desk review of all types of real estate valuations
- Managing and prioritizing caseload of pending and active valuation reviews
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Relevant experience in residential mortgage operations
- Completion of National USPAP Foundation Course
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Licensed or Certified Real Estate Appraiser or demonstrate a high level of familiarity of Real Estate Appraisal Valuations
- Knowledge of USPAP, AIR and appraisal related guidelines
- Proficient in the review and analysis of related industry valuation support products; AVM'S APS, & BPO'S
