Job Summary

To support scheduling efforts for field surveys, the part-time Remote Appraisal Scheduler will contact policyholders via phone, SMS, and email to arrange appointments for Field Consultants while ensuring efficient calendar management and communication of updates.

Key responsibilities

• Contact policyholders to schedule appointments for Field Consultants and explain the purpose of the field visit
• Manage and optimize Field Consultants' calendars to enhance productivity through efficient appointment routing
• Update work order statuses in the system and communicate any scheduling changes to management and Field Consultants

Required qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience in a customer service or scheduling role
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to organize, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
• Technological proficiency and problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical skills and resourcefulness
