A national insurance and mortgage services provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Appraiser in Syracuse.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Provide desktop appraisal services for lending institutions in compliance with USPAP
• Accurately determine current market value for a given subject property
• Prepare activity and progress reports relative to the work assignment

Position Requirements Include:

• Active NY state license or certification
• Minimum 2 years of valuation experience
• Ability to analyze and reconcile disparate data
• Ability to draw sound conclusion, summarize and document results
