Job Summary
A non-profit organization is in need of a Remote Apprenticeship and Work Based Learning Program Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage direction and implementation strategies of complex, national, multi-year initiatives
- Serve as a content expert on diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Lead program design, research, and partnerships
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3-5 years of apprenticeship and/or workforce development experience
- Least 10 years of professional work experience
- Bring deep subject matter expertise advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Have successfully managed a team to achieve ambitious goals
- Demonstrated success in an ability to lead a body of work
- You model inclusive leadership
