Job Summary
A consulting firm has an open position for a Remote Apprenticeship Program Training and Development Associate.
Must be able to:
- Support the creation and registration of new or expanded apprenticeship programs
- Conduct research on labor market, wages, and other occupational characteristics
- Help identify the need for training curriculum for workforce development
Qualifications for this position include:
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, research, presentation, time management skills
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and oral and written communication skills
- A detail-oriented problem-solving approach to business and technical issues.
- Ability to analyze policy and legislation and the ability to work with data
- Ability to work with colleagues and clients in virtual videoconferencing settings
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications
