Remote AR Collection Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Physician Practice AR Collection Specialist, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivables and denial management to collect outstanding payments
• Ensure compliance with payer filing deadlines and regulatory guidelines for claim billing processes
• Collaborate with various teams to resolve claims management issues using coding compliance knowledge

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; relevant training and experience required
• Preferred certifications include CPC-A, CCA, CCS, CCS-P, NCIS, or other recognized coding and billing certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of physician billing, regulatory, and compliance guidelines
• Understanding of ICD-10, HCPCS, CPT-4, and associated modifiers
