Job Summary
An information technology company specializing in credit and information management is filling a position for a Remote AR Recovery Outsourcing Services Program Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and maintaining detail project plans using Microsoft Project, or other tools
- Preparing and providing updates to executive steering committees on implementation status
- Owning and managing team resources toward resolution of client side escalations
Position Requirements Include:
- 2 to 3 years plus of experience with healthcare revenue cycle solutions
- Proven track record of on-time and on-budget delivery experience within a matrix organization
- Prior consulting and engagement management experience in the healthcare revenue cycle field
- Proven strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills, including ability to seamlessly navigate objections and differences of view
- Strong leadership presence, self-initiative, tenacity, responsiveness and personal accountability
