Remote AR Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ARS Team Lead to guide and mentor Account Resolution Specialists while managing a portfolio of accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor Account Resolution Specialists, providing feedback to enhance productivity
• Serve as the first point of escalation for complex accounts and assist in daily work assignments
• Review and correct claim submissions, ensuring compliance with payer guidelines

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
• CRCR certification or completion of certification required within 90 days of hire
• Minimum 3 years of experience in securing medical claim payments and managing follow-ups
• Prior mentoring experience is essential
• Experience with EMR systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
