Job Summary

A family-owned and operated building materials supplier has an open position for a Remote Architectural Sales Consultant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Develop new business, build awareness, loyalty, and ultimately drive sales
• Prospect, identify, and build relationships with members of the architectural community
• Present AIA Continuing Educational learning units to architectural firms

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to set and manage own travel and meeting schedule within territory
• Degree in an architectural, construction, or business-related field or equivalent industry experience
• Construction Documents Technologist (CDT) certification, or can obtain one within two years of employment
• Previous experience in consultative value proposition sales specifying premium products to architectural/design firms
• Previous experience in the fenestration industry required
• Knowledge of Florida/Coastal window and door code requirements
