Job Summary

A facilities services company is filling a position for a Remote Area Construction Operations Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Interviewing, hiring and training a team of field and office-based personnel
  • Managing day-to-day operations
  • Analyzing local speed, cost, and quality performance metrics

Position Requirements Include:

  • Four-year Construction Science/Engineering degree or equivalent related education and experience
  • 5 + years of project management experience preferably in residential home construction
  • Experience and knowledge of Residential Construction estimating
  • Proficient in all people management processes
  • Intermediate proficiencies in: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
