Job Summary
A facilities services company is filling a position for a Remote Area Construction Operations Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Interviewing, hiring and training a team of field and office-based personnel
- Managing day-to-day operations
- Analyzing local speed, cost, and quality performance metrics
Position Requirements Include:
- Four-year Construction Science/Engineering degree or equivalent related education and experience
- 5 + years of project management experience preferably in residential home construction
- Experience and knowledge of Residential Construction estimating
- Proficient in all people management processes
- Intermediate proficiencies in: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
