Job Summary

A motor manufacturer has an open position for a Remote Area Motor Sales Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinating Technical Support to key customers using your own knowledge of drives and motor applications
  • Promoting and selling Standard Products, Packaged Drives, and supporting Field Start-Up and troubleshooting
  • Conducting daily sales appointments to existing and prospective customers

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Four year technical or engineering degree (BSEE, BSE, BSEET, BSME, BSMET preferred) OR 5 additional years of experience selling drives or motion control
  • 5 years of experience in the automation field
  • Previous experience working with and ability to manage Distribution
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
