Job Summary
A distributor of scientific products and laboratory supplies is in need of a Remote Area Operations Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading and directing team efforts as well as performs work provided in SOW related to customer requirements
- Providing training and development as well as back-up to associates to perform required tasks
- Creating and maintaining SOP's, SOW's, SPI's and KPI's
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 4-5 years applicable experience in customer services/purchasing/or account management
- Previous experience managing associates is required
- Potential to manage Scientific Services
- Valid Driver's License and transportation
- Excellent customer service skills
