Job Summary
To drive market share growth, the full-time Remote Area Sales Manager will manage relationships with independent and franchise dealerships, making outbound calls, signing new dealers, and providing training and support through a state-of-the-art dealer portal.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 70 or more outbound calls daily to dealers in assigned territories
- Sign 3 or more new dealers each month and ensure their adoption of the lending platform
- Engage with underperforming accounts to establish value and maintain partnerships
Required Qualifications
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote office environment
- Previous experience in a challenging sales role preferred
- Must be able to work Saturdays as needed
- Self-motivated and high-energy individual with a strong work ethic
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
