Job Summary

A healthcare provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Arizona or California or Florida or Texas or Washington Licensed Surge Volume Physician.

Must be able to:

• Provide care to our patient population through our fast-paced virtual health clinic
• Pick up shifts on an on-call basis based on the needs of the clinic

Qualifications Include:

• 3+ years experience as a primary care or urgent care physician or similar ambulatory setting
• A medical degree
• Actively licensed in Arizona, Washington, or the combination of California, Texas and Florida
• Ability to work across various shifts is required, including evenings and weekends
• Board certification/eligibility in Family Medicine, Med-Peds, Emergency Medicine, or Internal Medicine
