A patient-to-payment solutions company has an open position for a Remote ARS Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading the day-to-day operations of a centralized A/R
- Establishing and tracking key metrics for flow through the revenue cycle
- Providing detailed assessments of revenue cycle practices
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelors Degree, or Continued Education beyond High School or a GED
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in healthcare revenue cycle
- Minimum of 6 years’ of patient account resolution experience
- Strong financial acumen
- Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to develop and manage relationships with colleagues and clients
