Job Summary
An autonomous contact center needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Artificial Intelligence Business Development Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Creating a high performance culture based on achievement and accountability
- Continuously inspiring and coaching a team of BDRs
- Consistently meeting or exceeding pipeline goals
Qualifications for this position include:

- A collaborative mindset- someone who enjoys working cross functionally to solve business challenges
- Experience working with Salesforce and either Outreach or Salesloft
- 5+ years of experience, including managing a team of BDRs
