Job Summary
An IT company is in need of a Remote Artificial Intelligence Lead Development Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Proficiently responding to inbound SMS Texts, Emails, phone calls, and make outbound phone calls
- Using questioning and listening skills that support effective omni-channel client conversations
- Quickly entering lead responses, notes, and disposition lead statuses
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience using multiple browsers, searching intranets, and using instant messaging platforms
- Strong written/verbal communication skills with attention to accuracy and grammar
- Previous CRM experience with at least 50 WPM typing speed
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Ability to multi-task and problem solve
- Requires solid self-organization and time management skills
