Job Summary
An artificial intelligence developer is in need of a Remote Artificial Intelligence Product Support Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Successfully leading the development and implementation of a product and customer support system for a SaaS or PaaS company
- Bootstrapping the product support function
Qualifications for this position include:
- Familiarity with the Jira ticketing system or other ticketing systems and software product development life cycles
- Have worked in an agile environment supporting B2B SaaS or PaaS products sold to developers at enterprise clients
- Experience supporting enterprise customers on platform products with developers as the target end user
