Job Summary

A real-time AI platform is seeking a Remote Artificial Intelligence Technical Support Associate.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Becoming an expert on all products and proactively learn to support new features
  • Being the first point of contact for customer issues
  • Authoring, structuring, and administering documents for training and or knowledge bases

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 1-2 years relevant work experience
  • Experience supporting customers via phone, e-mail, or chat
  • Experience with iOS, Android, Mac, and Windows
  • A commitment to providing extraordinary customer experiences and tenacity to drive issues to resolution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting critical deadlines
