Job Summary
A real-time AI platform is seeking a Remote Artificial Intelligence Technical Support Associate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Becoming an expert on all products and proactively learn to support new features
- Being the first point of contact for customer issues
- Authoring, structuring, and administering documents for training and or knowledge bases
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 1-2 years relevant work experience
- Experience supporting customers via phone, e-mail, or chat
- Experience with iOS, Android, Mac, and Windows
- A commitment to providing extraordinary customer experiences and tenacity to drive issues to resolution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting critical deadlines
