Remote Artists and Labels Group Product Management Director

Job Summary

An online music store and a promotional platform is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Artists and Labels Group Product Management Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Collaborating with Directors of Engineering & Design to manage Artists & Labels group & collectively lead its cross-functional teams
• Developing & deepening our knowledge of seller side of our marketplace in partnership with PMs in your group
• Shaping overall product roadmap for Artists & Labels group based on that knowledge, in consultation with other teams & senior leaders

Skills and Requirements Include:

• 7+ years product management experience building two-sided online marketplaces or creating products at media/tech
• Strong quantitative and data analysis skills
• Proven track record of leading, coaching & mentoring Product Managers & collaborating with colleagues in Design, Engineering, Support
