Job Summary
A for-profit health care organization has an open position for a Remote Arts and Sciences Test Development Specialist in Louisville.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Coordinate the development of valid and reliable examinations for Arts & Sciences courses and nursing
- Ensure examinations are congruent with the course outcomes
- Develop test items, review faculty-developed items, and coordinate course faculty meetings
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Master’s degree psychometrics, or related field is preferred
- Doctoral degree in education with a focus on curriculum and instructional design, or psychometrics is strongly preferred
- Minimum of three (3) years of test development and analysis experience
