Job Summary

A medical service provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote ASAP Emergency Department Epic Application Analyst.

Must be able to:

• Perform analysis of current and future workflows and other technical issues associated with the Epic EHR
• Collect requirements regarding potential system enhancements or new system implementation
• Investigate standardization and process improvement opportunities while making build decisions

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Epic certification in one or more Epic modules as assigned required (ASAP)
• Other required system application certifications to complete assigned work as assigned
• Able to participate in after-hours on-call, on-call rotation, and service recovery efforts
• Understanding of the standard tools and/or procedures used in the development of healthcare application software
• Understanding of clinical or business principles to evaluate information system and healthcare regulatory needs
• Knowledge of Healthcare information systems
