Job Summary

A financial services provider for the healthcare industry is in need of a Remote ASC Contract Coder.

Must be able to:

• Review operative reports
• Abstract procedure, diagnosis, and implant information
• Submit physician queries when needed

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Coding certification through AAPC or AHIMA is required
• A minimum of 2 years surgical coding experience is required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Extensive knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
• Must have a dedicated home office
• Must pass a coding test
