Job Summary
A health insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Assess and Triage Member Line Behavioral Health Care Advocate in Atlanta.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Focus on initial inpatient admission for psychiatric and chemical dependency members
- Make patient assessments and determining appropriate levels of care
- Obtain information from providers on outpatient requests for treatment
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Master's in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or Marriage or Family Counseling, or Licensed Ph.D.
- RN with 2 or more years of experience in behavioral health
- Licenses must be active and unrestricted in your state of Georgia
- 2+ years post licensure experience in a related mental health environment
- Proficient Microsoft skills with the ability to use multiple screens and type and talk simultaneously
- Residence in Atlanta, GA area
