Job Summary
A non-profit health insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Asset and Configuration Management Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Develop and implement continuous process improvements and operational efficiencies for end-to-end lifecycle management of assets
- Troubleshoot, identify, and implement fixes for issues, or data discrepancies
- Ensure all asset data is accurate and captured centrally in a ServiceNow CMDB
Qualifications for this position include:
- U.S. citizenship is required for this position due to Department of Defense restrictions
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent post high school and/or related work experience
- Experience with ServiceNow asset management tooling
- A strong understanding of IT infrastructure hardware and components
