Job Summary
A tire and rubber company has a current position open for a Remote Asset and Transaction Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Being responsible for the management and tactical oversight of portfolio matters within the company's fleet of real estate assets
- Being responsible for compiling and presenting actionable market research to support long-term decision making
- Clearly and concisely presenting recommendations to Real Estate leadership for review and approval
Qualifications Include:
- 6-8 years’ experience within a real estate department for a high-volume, large portfolio retailer
- Strong pipeline management background and negotiating skills
- Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvement to optimize efficiency and cost reduction
- Ability to collaborate and operate cross-functionally in a retail store support center environment
- BS or BA
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CoStar, Lucernex, and Intalytics
