Job Summary
A mortgage lending company is filling a position for a Remote Asset Management Supervisor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the default policies & procedures
- Review Deeds and Settlement Statements for accuracy
- Manage vendors for timely title and conveyance condition metrics
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3+ years Asset Management experience
- Ability to direct and motivate staff
- Strong experience with MSP mortgage servicing system and mortgage terminology
- Bachelor’s in business related field plus 3 years’ experience in default servicing
- Or a combination of education and 5 years of experience
- Advanced working knowledge in Microsoft Office suite products
