Job Summary
A biopharmaceutical company is seeking a Remote Asset Region Project Management Translational Research MDSCA Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting & overseeing all project management needs associated with the execution of the assets or regions research agenda
- Ensuring deliverables are created with the proper involvement of stakeholders in a robust and efficient way
- Collaborating to lead additional e orts across franchise assets dependent on business needs
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to manage a significant volume of projects, while exhibiting the capacity to prioritize, provide oversight & demonstrate excellent
- Ability to work in a continuous improvement environment
- Experience in financial and communication aspects of PM in a complex matrix organization
- Demonstrated ability to lead in a Matrix environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead across diverse cultures and geographies
- Demonstrated experience in leading complex and highly skilled teams
