Remote Asset Resolution Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Asset Resolution Counsel to manage a non-performing real estate collateralized commercial loan portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor a non-performing real estate collateralized commercial loan portfolio, including REO
• Supervise, train, and develop Asset Resolution Department staff
• Conduct proactive portfolio management and monitor commercial litigation/bankruptcy/foreclosure activities

Required Qualifications

• Law degree from a nationally accredited U.S. law school
• Experience in commercial litigation, bankruptcy, foreclosure, and real estate loss mitigation
• Demonstrated ability to manage non-performing loan pools and REO
• Experience supervising and developing case management staff
• Strong knowledge of U.S. legal/regulatory guidelines related to bankruptcy and foreclosure
