Job Summary
A specialty risk management advisory firm is seeking a Remote Assistant Account Manager in Radnor.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Building and maintaining constructive and effective relationships with internal and external customers
- Leveraging commercial P&C insurance knowledge and expertise to actively service existing accounts
- Fostering an environment of personal accountability by managing appropriate system records of service and communications
Position Requirements Include:
- 3-5 years’ experience of Commercial Lines client management experience preferred but not mandatory
- Valid PA P&C brokers’ license
- Industry specific designations preferred- CISR, ARM or similar
- Extensive knowledge of Commercial Lines underwriting, coverage, rate analysis/procedures & experience reporting
- College degree preferred
- Proficient in insurance agency management systems, AMS 360 and Work Smart preferred
