Job Summary

An online retailer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Assistant Buyer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing and executing events that will delight and exceed customer expectations
  • Establishing and maintaining vendor relationships
  • Pricing products to optimize demand

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Some travel may be required for company events
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of work and experience
  • 2-3 years of retail or relevant sales experience preferred
  • Experience in a buying office
  • Demonstrated understanding of merchandising and retail math
  • Experience in analyzing reports and drawing conclusions/recommendations
