Job Summary
An online retailer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Assistant Buyer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing and executing events that will delight and exceed customer expectations
- Establishing and maintaining vendor relationships
- Pricing products to optimize demand
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Some travel may be required for company events
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of work and experience
- 2-3 years of retail or relevant sales experience preferred
- Experience in a buying office
- Demonstrated understanding of merchandising and retail math
- Experience in analyzing reports and drawing conclusions/recommendations
