A staffing agency has a current position open for a Remote Assistant Call Center Manager in the Salt Lake City Area.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Engaging in business planning
- Assuming accountability for the delivery of value-adding operations management services
- Assisting with the development of various operational practices
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to organize employee focus groups for feedback
- Ability to manage the coaching program
- Ability to complete the required performance reporting process
