Job Summary
A cybersecurity company is in need of a Remote Assistant Controller.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage foreign subsidiary consolidation, currency translation and re-measurement to assist in the preparation of international filings
- Exhibit a comprehensive and well-rounded technical knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
- Ensure audit readiness of all account reconciliations inclusive of payroll, A/P, A/R, revenue recognition, intercompany activity and tax
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 7+ years of progressive public/private accounting experience including at least two in a management level position
- Master's Degree in accounting, finance, or related field, with CPA certification
- Experience with ERP systems, especially NetSuite
- Expertise in US GAAP including revenue recognition, international currency translation and consolidations at an international level
- Strong work ethic with willingness to roll-up your sleeves
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage through ambiguity and complexity
