Job Summary
A software development company has an open position for a Remote Assistant Controller Director.
Must be able to:
- Provide guidance and directions on new accounting policies and controls
- Coordinate the annual audit and quarterly review plan with our external auditors
- Lead system improvements and implementations to improve controls and operational processes
Skills and Requirements Include:
- ERP knowledge is a must
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance and CPA required
- Minimum 10 years of experience, primarily in SAAS industry with previous background in public accounting
- Strong leadership, analytical, and project management skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work on cross functional activities and form solid business relationships
