Job Summary
A company delivering unmatched intelligent lighting and smart home solutions is seeking a Remote Assistant Controller in Cleveland.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Prepare annual consolidated financial statements and notes, partnering with Controller
- Run global monthly closing process and meetings with key finance stakeholders
- Own account reconciliation process and status updates
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 7-10 years of prior controllership/accounting at a multinational company or equivalent public accounting
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business related field
- Analytical and process oriented with the ability to influence individuals not in direct reporting line
- Experience meeting short deadlines and handling multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of self-motivation and initiative
