A software company has a current position open for a Remote Assistant Controller in San Francisco.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage small, hardworking team of accountants & third party international consultants
- Ensure compliance with International statutory reporting requirements and manage
- Develop and maintain accounting department policies and procedures
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 4+ Years developing and managing staff
- 7+ years progressive experience. Experience in SaaS or Software environment preferred
- Degree in accounting or finance a must, CPA preferred
