Job Summary

An information technology company is filling a position for a Remote Assistant Financial Controller.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Implementing new controls as needed to ensure risks are mitigated
• Monitoring and maintaining vendor activities, ensure timely payments to vendors
• Designing and implementing operating procedures, policies, internal controls, and workflows

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business / finance / accounting
• Proficient with Excel
• 4+ years working with accounting, controlling and/or finance operations
• Experience working with external advisors (accounting & tax firms) to ensure compliance reporting
• A mind for business value and connecting pieces to broader strategic context
