Job Summary
A healthcare software and IT company has an open position for a Remote Assistant General Counsel.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Functioning as the primary “owner” of the company’s day-to-day contracting and compliance operations
- Cleaning up legacy contract repositories and expanding contracting organization related to M&A as well as fast organic growth
- Serving as a key role player in future transactions and in new client acquisition
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- JD as well as being licensed to practice in state and federal court
- Excellent academic credentials
- 3+ years’ work experience at a law firm, healthcare organization, or software business
- Excellent communication skills (writing sample preferred)
