Job Summary
A contact center and outsourced customer management solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Assistant Operations Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Implement, monitor and track all contact center admin processes
- Complete attendance reports and tracking, perform timesheet preparation and conduct disciplinary actions
- Conduct both upward and downward communication from contact center management to production floor leadership
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; 2 years college or more preferred
- Previous call center experience preferred
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Word and Excel
- A minimum of one year experience in customer service
- Proficiency in working in a Windows-based computer environment
