Job Summary
A provider of managed digital engagement services is seeking a Remote Assistant Project Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supporting a group of talented and dedicated Mods
- Assisting with team recruiting, training, and performance management
- Overseeing a team schedule to make sure all shifts are filled
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Strong understanding of brand and customer care initiatives
- Quiet environment to work and take calls
- Familiar and comfortable with a variety of CRMs like Zendesk
- Experience in Customer Support, Moderation, or Community Management
- Carefully honed written and oral communication skills
- Expertly handle correspondence with a client just as well as you do your team members
