A vision service company is in need of a Remote Assistant Provider Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Maintaining critical provider information in various company systems
- Supporting the re-credentialing process to NCQA standards
- Ensuring requested information is delivered within specified timeframe and completed accurately
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Two to four years of general office experience
- Demonstrated ability to identify problems and provide creative solutions
- Proficient with word and spreadsheet applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to support the credentialing/re-credentialing process is ideal
