Job Summary

A financial group has an open position for a Remote Assistant Vice President Senior Software Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing, maintaining, modifying and implementing item processing technology applications
  • Providing after-hours on-call support for production related issues
  • Working with software vendors for software installation, problem resolution and enhancements

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Information Systems or equivalent work experience
  • Must have 5+ years of experience working in Financial industry
  • Must have 5+ years of progressive experience working as a software developer in the Finance industry
  • Strong database/SQL skills on Oracle and SQL Server
  • Subject Matter Expertise in the tools and vendor products to execute a world class Item Processing platform
  • Subject Matter Expertise in Image Processing, Image Archive management and other Financial Services related Technologies
