Job Summary

A global performance management company is filling a position for a Remote Associate Account Adoption and Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Identifying target population of adoption risk accounts
  • Fostering positive relationships with our clients
  • Conducting Customer Account Optimization Meetings with clients

Position Requirements Include:

  • 1+ years support and account management (SaaS preferred)
  • 4-year Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience
  • Skilled in remote troubleshooting
  • Ability to engage client in tough conversations and advocate for solutions
