Job Summary
A global performance management company is filling a position for a Remote Associate Account Adoption and Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Identifying target population of adoption risk accounts
- Fostering positive relationships with our clients
- Conducting Customer Account Optimization Meetings with clients
Position Requirements Include:
- 1+ years support and account management (SaaS preferred)
- 4-year Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience
- Skilled in remote troubleshooting
- Ability to engage client in tough conversations and advocate for solutions
