Job Summary
An insurance brokerage and risk management firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Associate Account Specialist and Customer Service Representative in San Diego.
Must be able to:
- Taking in-bound calls and fulfilling all customer service requests as needed
- Handling and processing policy renewals
- Helping with outbound phone calls for non-renewals, renewal reminders and any policy changes needed
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong typing and basic computer skills
- High school diploma
