Job Summary

A health insurance company is in need of a Remote Associate Actuary.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborating with internal and external partners to solve complex issues
  • Compiling, analyzing, and/or developing essential data for Enterprise objectives
  • Designing, testing, and evaluating models to further Enterprise goals learning.Certifications

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Business or related
  • Associate in the Society of Actuaries
  • 5 years of actuarial experience
  • Majority of experience in healthcare and with progression in the Actuarial Analyst track
  • Experience in the use of relational databases, statistical packages, spreadsheet or database application
  • Possess advanced knowledge of the healthcare financing industries
